Objectives:

study site
characteristics of two diversely located alpine
pastures.
- To carry out comparative ecological
studies along with floristics and phyto-sociological attributes in the
identified pastures.
- Documentation of flora.
- To investigate the distribution of rare
and endemic plants.
- To understand the intensity and impact of
overgrazing including other biotic interferences for devising suitable
strategies for the management of alpine
pastures.
