 Objectives:

• To study the population structure dynamics and regeneration pattern of selected deodar forests in HP. 
• Comparative studies on regeneration pattern and growing stock in these forests after ban on green felling.
•  To find out the type of improvement required in the existing silviculture practices of deodar forests.
